If you have faced this D before it is very tough if you do not know what you are doing. This is how you beat this D.
Call an I formation, a Weak or Strong I formation is fine as well. Choose a play where two of the RBs are blocking. Then Hot route your TE or WR to do a quick out.
Hike the ball and then just pass to TE or WR. If you have Gold/Silver WR or TE you could easily get a TD.
Another formation is the Pro Shotgun set with 2 Rbs Blocking then just do an out route if you have Bronze receivers, but Silver and Gold receivers you just do any route you want and they could get an easy TD.
It is good to keep a Pro Shotgun set in your playbook just in case you get blitz happy opponents.
Another play is the Pro Shotgun Twins. The opponent usually plays man to man, and by moving your extra WR to the same side as the other receiver, you will leave one side of the field wide open. Now you can set it up so your HB will do a flare or a screen. You should be able to get some long gains with a good HB.
