I won my first tourney bracket game today 44-31.

I thought i was going to lose this game when it started because my team can't even stop the running game. Each posession by the other team resulted in a 80 yrd TD. Yup everytime he touched the ball and ran those TE Loaded formations, my team couldn't stop it.

My team was supposed to be geared for Run Stop D. But i am surprised all of a suddent they can not stop the run.

I wonder if the Admins changed any settings on the D?

So then my opponent started to lead 24 - 21 he gets the ball back, but he suddenly started playing conservative instead of running it up the gut and just keep pounding the ball.

And once i stopped his toss running game, I think i have only managed to stop it twice and after that he changed his gameplan.

Once i shutdown his running game (he only hand 1 play that he uses)

It was all downhill for him.

Late in the 4th quarter with about 2 mins left he managed to cut the score down to by 7 with a nice TD pass for Hornung. But he has used up all his clock.

I get the ball again and try to do some clock management running game and then on 3rd and 8 with him lookin for me to run the ball with like 40 seconds left i threw to Carrier and takes it in for a nice TD.

Game Over!

Off to second round!

This was the best come from behind win i have ever had online and the 2nd come from behind win in 2 days! WOW!

I used my 3-4 team and in the first 3 quarters this guy (RAMABAMA - 40-22) was beating my Lem Barney/ Woodson duo and he led on a score of 31 - 14.

So at the start of 4th quarter i decided to use the Double Trouble D. which double teams the top 2 receivers.

And this guy keeps passing the ball, since he didnt really have a good running game with Rozier as the HB.

So keeps trying to pass and he basically can't do anything since his top two gold receivers were double teamed.

I basically shut him down with the Double Trouble D

So late in the 4th quarter with my team trailing 7 points with only bout less than 2 mins left his team lines up for a field goal to extend their lead to 10 points.

So he lines up his FG and hikes the ball...i rush with my FG blockers and.....and.....

Its blocked! its blocked!!!

My team scoops up the ball and return it for 10 yards before getting tackled.

So now i get the ball back and i march downfield and score to tie the game up at 31-31 with less than 1 minute on the clock.

So now he has a chance of winning the game, and he keeps trying to do the same play that he did but once again i call the Double Trouble D.

He runs the ball, and i stuff, him then he throws again and its incomplete, then finally its 3rd and long and another incomplete.

This guy was totally beaten even emotionally, almost like he just gave up, it was 4th down and this guy decides to go for it even on his 30-40 yard line and guess what?

I stop him again.

So now i get the ball, and i march downfield and score with a winning TD with only 0 seconds left on the clock.

Final score 37-31

20 points scored in the 4th quarter and i totally shut out his O.

This game is AWESOME!

In a very well fought out game between the Dragons and the Fish U's. Steve Grogan leads his Yellow Mean Machine Fragons to a great 4th quarter  20 second comeback  victory.

With the score tied at 14 with only 20 seconds left.

Steve Grogan decides to no-huddle and delivers a laser perfect throw to Brent Jones right at the middle of the field and takes it in for a 60+ yard TD with 2 seconds left on the clock.

The Yellow Mean Machine are now moving up to the 100 mark Leaderboard tourney ranking thanks to this win.

Will the Fish U's ever come back from this devastating lost? Time will tell.

Earl Campbell and company will have a tough time regrouping from this heartbreaking defeat.
